Setting up a Patient Portal Account
Please contact our office by phone (619) 297-3737 or in person to begin the process of setting up a patient portal account.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your account.
You will then receive an email with your username and password, which can be changed upon your first login to the patient portal.
