We welcome you to the longest established internal medicine group in San Diego.  

Proudly Celebrating 100 years!

Established in 1918, Dr. James Churchill's desire was to provide exceptional medical care in a warm and friendly manner.  Through the years, some of the faces here at IMA have changed, but the tradition remains.

Our six board certified Internal Medicine practitioners and physicians assistant each offer special talents. These talents offer synergy to the entire group, allowing the best decision making for your health care and overall wellness. Our entire staff, many who have been here fo 20 plus years, values each patient and their healthcare needs and all work towards meeting those needs.

Through medical technology we recieve up to date medical information on a daily basis. In addition, our secure web portal allows each patient to access their personal medical information, contact their physician directly, often getting a response to questions within hours, make appointments and view lab results online. Our electronic medical records is annually interrogated for safety and HIPPA compliance.
